On Day 1, Jess entered the villa and was coupled up with George by the public.
On Day 4, new boy Sammy chose Jess for a date in the hideaway.
On Day 5, Jess chose to couple up with Sammy.
Week 2
On Day 9, Sammy chose to re-couple with Jess.
On Day 11, the boys chose Jess as the winner of the "She's a Keeper" challenge. As a reward, she went on a date with new boy Scott.
Week 3
On Day 14, Sammy chose to re-couple with Jess.
On Day 16, it was revealed that Jess and Sammy would be banned from coupling up at the next coupling ceremony after their fellow islanders voted them as one of the least compatible couples. That same day, she went on a date with new boy Montel.
