On Day 1, Kaylor entered the Villa, participated in the "Icebreakers" challenge, and coupled up with Aaron.
On Day 2, Aaron was not stolen from Kaylor.
On Day 4, Kaylor competed in the "Higher or Lower" challenge as a member of the Girls team, which she lost. Also on Day 4, Kaylor re-coupled with Aaron.
On Day 5, Kaylor competed in the "Vacation Vixens" challenge, which she lost to Serena.
Week 2
On Day 8, Aaron did not stand for the opportunity to be stolen by Andrea or Nicole, and therefore Kaylor did not have him stolen from her.
On Day 9, Kaylor competed in the "Kissing Booth" challenge, which she won as the boys voted her the best kisser. The girls voted Kendall the best kisser.
On Day 10, Aaron chose to re-couple with Kaylor.
On Day 11, it was revealed Kaylor and Aaron received enough votes from the public to be safe, automatically continuing their coupling. Kaylor, alongside the other safe girls, Liv, Serena, and Leah, chose Andrea to be the one of the three vulnerable girls eliminated.
On Day 13, during the "Stick or Twist" game, Kaylor decided to Stick, meaning stay in her couple with Aaron.
Week 3
On Day 15, Kaylor participated in the "Flex Appeal" challenge, where she and the rest of the girls voted Kordell to win. Also on Day 15, Kaylor chose to re-couple with Aaron.
On Day 16, Kaylor and Aaron received enough votes from the public to be safe, therefore continuing their coupling. She and the rest of the safe Islanders chose to keep Liv over Cassidy.
On Day 17, the boys were given the choice to either stay in the Villa, or go to Casa Amor. They all chose to go to Casa Amor, leaving everyone single.
On Day 18, Kaylor competed in "Raunchy Races" as a member of Team Villa, and lost.
On Day 19, Kaylor competed in the 4th of July challenge as a member of Team Villa, and won.
