Notes
- ^Note 1: The late entrant will depend on the players coupling choice. Genevieve will arrive after the coupling if Harry is picked, Iona if Camilo is picked and Miki if Harry is picked. Regardless of who the bombshell is, she will will chose to steal the player's partner, thus leaving them single.
- ^Note 2: As the player is the only single islander, they are given first pick at the recoupling. The original partner of whoever they pick will be left single but will not be dumped from the island.
- ^Note 3: On Day 10, Rafi and Lily are asked to choose who they would like to couple up with. If the player shows interest in either of them, they will be picked and the player's original partner will choose to walk. If the player rejects Rafi, he will choose to walk and Lily will pick Nicky. However, if the player rejects Lily, she will choose to walk and Rafi will couple up with Elladine.

- The first teaser featuring the original line-up of islanders was released on May 20, 2020.[1]
- Nicky and Seb are the only male characters that the player cannot couple up with at any point.
- Tai is the second confirmed bisexual male character in the games history, with the first being Jake in Season 1.
