On Day 1, after all of the girls entered, the boys were asked to choose a girl to pair up with. Charlie was paired with Natasha, Eden with Erin, Grant and Cassidy paired up, Josh and Tayla coupled up, and Justin paired up with Millie.

As Charlie remained single, he was dumped from the island.
On Day 10, new girl Françoise was allowed to steal a boy for herself. She chose Elias, which left Cassidy single.
Week 3
On Day 15, the Islanders re-coupled with it being boys choice. Eden and Erin, Elias and Françoise, Grant and Tayla, and Justin and Millie remained together, while Jaxon chose new girl Mac and Josh picked Cassidy. As Natasha remained single, she was dumped from the island.
On Day 17, new boy Dom was allowed to steal a girl for himself. He chose Cassidy, which left Josh single.
Week 4
On Day 22, the Islanders re-coupled with the girls picking. Eden and Erin remained together, while Cassidy picked Grant, Françoise chose Josh, Mac coupled up with new boy Teddy, Millie went for Dom and Tayla coupled with Jaxon.
On Day 24, the Islanders re-coupled. New girls Amelia and Shelby were given first choice, with them choosing Josh and Jaxon respectively. The remaining boys then made their choices. Eden and Erin remained together, while Dom coupled up with Millie, Grant re-united with Tayla and Teddy went for Françoise. As Cassidy and Mac remained single, they were vulnerable of being dumped from the island.
Week 5
On Day 26, the Islanders re-coupled with it being boys choice again. Amelia and Josh, Eden and Erin, Grant and Tayla, and Jaxon and Shelby remained together, while Dom chose Mac and Teddy coupled with Millie. As Françoise remained single, she was dumped from the island.
On Day 31, new boys Kory and Mark were were able steal girls for themselves. They chose Millie and Mac respectively, leaving Teddy and Dom single.
Week 6
On Day 35, the Islanders re-coupled for the final time with the girls picking. Amelia and Josh, Eden and Erin, and Grant and Tayla remained together, while Mac chose Teddy, Millie coupled with Mark and Shelby went for Dom. As Kory remained single, he was dumped from the island.
Week 1
On Day 3, the girls and the boys competed against each other in "Spin the Bottle". A giant bottle was spun and whoever it landed on had to guess which islander of the opposite sex a fact was about. To make their guess they had to kiss that islander. As the boys had the most correct guesses, they were declared the winners of the challenge.
On Day 5, the girls took part in "The Hole Package" where the boys stood behind a wall and the girls had to feel their bodies through holes. The girls then had to rank each boy based on how their bodies felt. Eden was declared the winner of the challenge.
Week 2
On Day 9, the Islanders took part in "#Pashtag", which was hosted by Natasha. The boys wore blindfolds and noise-cancelling headphones whilst the girls kissed them one-by-one. The boys then had to score each girl out of ten. As Cassidy earned the highest score, she was the winner.
On Day 10, the boys competed in "Heart Strips a Beat". The girls were fitted with heart monitors, while the boys had to give a strip routine. As Elias raised the most hearts, he was declared the winner.
Week 3
On Day 15, the Islanders were split into two teams lead by Cassidy and Mac and competed in a balloon thrusting contest. The islanders had to strap balloons to their bodies and took turns bursting the balloons. As Cassidy's team burst the balloons the fastest, they were declared the winners of the challenge.
On Day 16, the girls and boys competed against each other in "Every Hole's a Goal" where the islanders would pick a ball with a body part written on it and had to aim for the mouth of a cardboard cut-out of the islanders of the opposite sex. They then had to kiss the body part of the islander depicted in the goal. The challenge resulted in a tie.
On Day 18, the couples took part in "Dirty Pizza" hosted by Josh. The couples had three minutes to make a pizza without using their hands. Josh chose Eden and Erin as the winners.
Week 4
On Day 20, the islanders split into two teams and competed in "Poll Dancing", hosted by Françoise. The islanders were given a question and had to perform a pole dance before guessing what the percentage of the public voted in the poll. As the blue team consisting of Dom, Erin, Grant, Josh and Mac scored the most points, they were the winners of the challenge.
Week 5
On Day 26, the girls and boys competed against each other in "Rank Bank", hosted by new girls Amelia and Shelby. The islanders had to rank the opposite sex based on different questions voted by the public. If they matched the public opinion exactly, the team would score a point. As neither of the teams scored a point, there was no winner.
On Day 29, the couples took part in "Karma Sutra". Host Shelby would call out a position and the couples had to get into that position. The first couple to get it right would gain a point. As Grant and Tayla scored the most points, they were the winners of the challenge.
On Day 31, the Islanders took part in "Shaken and Stirred", hosted by new boys Kory and Mark. The islanders would be given a quote said about them and had to guess which islander said it by throwing a drink at them.
Week 6
On Day 34, the islanders competed in "Fake News?" hosted by Teddy. The islanders would sit above a tank of water and had to guess if a news headline was true or fake. If the islander guessed correctly, their opponent would be dropped into the water. However, if they guessed wrong they would be dropped.
On Day 37, the boys took a lie detector test with the girls asking the questions.

On Day 2, new girl Kim was given the chance to take two boys of her choice on dates. She chose Charlie and Josh.
On Day 4, the public voted for who they wanted new boys Elias and John James to go on dates with. They picked Cassidy.
Week 2
On Day 8, new girl Françoise was given the chance to take two boys of her choice on dates. She chose Elias and John James.
On Day 10, Eden and Erin left the villa to go on a shopping date.
On Day 11, the public voted for Justin and Millie to go on a date.

On Day 14, the public voted for Josh and Justin to go on a double date with girls of their choice. They choose Cassidy and Millie respectively.

On Day 24, it was revealed that there would be a public vote to save one of the single girls, Cassidy and Mac. As Cassidy received the fewest votes, she was dumped from the island the following day.

On Day 26, Françoise was dumped from the island after failing to couple up.

As Amelia and Josh, and Mark and Millie received the fewest votes, they were at risk of being dumped from the island. The safe couples then had to decide which couple they wanted to dump. They chose Mark and Millie.
On Day 38, Dom and Shelby were dumped from the island after receiving the fewest public votes.

Erin, Eden, Justin and Amelia were the only islanders to couple up with one person consistently throughout their time in the villa.
Controversies[]
During his time in the villa, rumours circulated that Grant had a secret live-in girlfriend, Lucy Cartwright, and that he'd only gone on the dating show to promote his clothing line - with Lucy running his business while he was on the show.[1] It was referenced during the "Fake News" challenge, to which Grant denied the claims. Just two weeks after winning the show, Tayla confirmed that her and Grant were no longer together. A few weeks later, Grant publicly re-united with Cartwright, with Tayla confirming that the pair had been together the entire time.[2]
Two months after the final, finalist Erin took to social media to explain the reason why her and Eden split, citing that Eden was abusive towards her and cheated on her multiple times.[3]
