Love Island Games is a Love Island spin-off show. The first season aired on Peacock on November 1, 2023 and is set to air its second season in 2025.

History[]

In April 2023, it was reported that a spin-off of the reality dating franchise had been commissioned by American streaming service Peacock.[1] In August 2023, Maya Jama, was announced as the show's host and Iain Stirling was announced as narrator.[2][3] The series began filming in Fiji in September 2023.[4] After serving as the social media ambassador for the fifth season of the American franchise, Maura Higgins returned as the ambassador for the games.

Format[]

Former contestants who have previously appeared on Love Island will be competing for "another shot at love" in a brand new format which will include both team and couples challenges, in addition to the original format that will feature recouplings, arrivals and eliminations, as well as new competition twists.[5][6]
