The first season of Love Island Games premiered on Peacock on November 1, 2023. It ran for 17 days with the finale airing on November 20, 2023, where Jack Fowler and Justine Ndiba were declared the winners.
On Day 1, the islanders coupled up for the first time. As the winner of the challenge, Lisa picked first and chose Curtis. Meanwhile, Imani coupled up with Ray, Justine chose Jack, Cely went with Toby, Liberty and Callum coupled up, and Jess paired with Steph.
On Day 2, new islanders Johnny and Megan were coupled up with Imani and Steph respectively after winning their duels. As a result, Jess and Ray were automatically coupled up.
On Day 5, the islanders re-coupled for the first time with the boys choosing. As the newest arrival, Kyra was given first pick, to which she chose Megan. Callum and Liberty, Cely and Toby, Curtis and Lisa, and Jack and Justine all remained together. Meanwhile, Ray chose to get back with Imani, and Johnny coupled up with Jess.
On Day 6, new islanders Eyal and Georgia were given the choice to couple up with any of the islanders in the bottom three couples. Eyal chose Cely, while Georgia picked Toby.
Week 2
On Day 9, Kyra was left single after Megan chose to leave the villa due to medical reasons.
On Day 10, the islanders re-coupled with the newest arrivals Carrington, Courtney, and Mike were given first choice. Carrington chose to couple up with Kyra, Courtney picked Johnny, and Mike went for Imani. The remaining girls then made their decisions. Callum and Liberty, Cely and Eyal, and Jack and Justine all remained together. Meanwhile, Jess chose to couple up with Ray.
On Day 12, power couple Callum and Liberty were given the power to mix up all of the couples. Callum chose to couple up with Justine, and Liberty went for Jack. They then coupled Cely and Ray, Eyal and Imani, and Jess and Mike. Courtney and Johnny's pairing remained unchanged.
On Day 14, the islanders re-coupled for the final time with the boys choosing. Callum chose new girl Deb, Eyal decided to get back with Cely, Jack re-united with Justine, Johnny picked new girl Auriela, new boy Mitch and new girl Zeta coupled up, Ray paired with Imani, and new boy Scott went with Courtney. As Jess and Tina failed to couple up, they were dumped from the island.
Week 1
On Day 1, the girls took part in the "All Spies on Me" challenge where the girls had to complete an obstacle course before then freeing their partner and giving them a snog. The girl who completed the course in the quickest time and collected all three of the hearts would be declared the winner and get to pick first at the coupling ceremony. Lisa was declared the winner of the challenge.
On Day 4, the couples competed in the "Most Wanted" challenge. The girls and boys took turns being blindfolded and transferring beer into an opponents glass. The couple with the least amount of beer in their glass by the end of the two rounds would be declared the winner. Johnny and Imani were declared the winners, and were given the power to save one of the bottom three couples from being dumped.
On Day 6, the couples competed in the "Madix Mountain" challenge. The couples took turns revealing a word written on a red flag and deciding which opponent islander to assign it to. Their partner would then have to dive into an ice-pool and find the snowflake with the chosen islander's name on it and unlock their partner's chain. The couple to complete the challenge in the quickest time would be declared the winners. Imani and Ray were declared the winners.
On Day 7, the islanders took part in the "Smooch, Marry, Pie" challenge.
Week 2
On Day 8, the couples took part in the "Knowing Me, Knowing You" challenge. The couples were given a question, and they had to write the same answer as their partner on a chalkboard. For matching answers, the islanders were awarded with points. Jess and Johnny were declared the winners after receiving the most points.
Week 1
On Day 2, Jess and Megan, and Ray and Johnny, went head-to-head in duels to decide who would couple up with Steph and Imani respectively. Megan and Johnny won their respective duels.
Week 2
On Day 9, Callum and Liberty, and Georgia and Toby, went head-to-head in duels to decide which couple would remain in the villa. Callum and Liberty were declared the winners.
On Day 13, Jess and Liberty, and Jack and Mike, went head-to-head in duels to decide who would remain in the villa. Jess and Jack won their respective duels.
Week 1
On Day 4, Steph was dumped from the island after receiving the votes to be dumped from his fellow islanders.
On Day 6, Curtis and Lisa were dumped from the island after receiving the fewest votes to save from their fellow islanders.
Week 2
On Day 9, Megan chose to leave the villa for medical reasons.
On Day 9, Georgia and Toby were dumped from the island after losing their duel against Callum and Liberty.
On Day 11, the three bottom couples from the challenge became vulnerable. The safe boys then had to decide which vulnerable boy to dump, choosing Carrington, and the safe girls had to decide which vulnerable girl to dump, choosing Kyra.
On Day 13, Liberty and Mike were dumped from the island after losing their duels against Jess and Jack respectively.
On Day 14, Jess and Tina were dumped from the island after failing to couple up.
Week 3
On Day 15, the three bottom couples from the challenge became vulnerable. The carnival then granted one couple the golden heart which would allow them to save one of the vulnerable couples. Jack and Justine received the golden heart, saving Mitch and Zeta, leaving Imani and Ray, and Courtney and Scott to be dumped from the island.
On Day 16, Mitch and Zeta were instantly dumped from the island after losing the "Tired Out" challenge.
On Day 16, the previously dumped Islanders voted to save one of the vulnerable couples. As Eyal and Cely received the fewest votes to be saved, they were dumped from the island.
