The first season of Love Island USA premiered on CBS on July 9, 2019. It ran for 30 days with the finale airing on August 7, 2019, where Elizabeth Weber and Zac Mirabelli were declared the winners.
^Note 1: Kyra arrived after the coupling on Day 1, but was told she would be able to steal a boy for herself on Day 2. She chose Cashel, therefore leaving Caro single.
On Day 1, after all of the girls entered, the boys were asked to choose a girl to pair up with. Cashel was paired with Caro, Yamen with Alana, Zac and Elizabeth paired up, Weston and Mallory coupled up, and Michael paired up with Alexandra.
On Day 2, Kyra was allowed to steal a boy from a couple. She chose Cashel, leaving Caro single.
On Day 6, the islanders re-coupled for the first time with the girls picking. Kyra and Cachel, Weston and Mallory, Yamen and Alana, and Zac and Elizabeth all remained in their couples. Meanwhile, Caro picked new boy Cormac, and Alexandra coupled up with new boy Dylan. As Michael remained single, he was dumped from the island.
Week 2
On Day 11, the islanders re-coupled with the boys choosing their partner. Cormac and Caro, Dylan and Alexandra, Kyra and Cachel, and Zac and Elizabeth all remained in their couples. Meanwhile, Weston picked new girl Katrina, and Yamen went for new girl Christen. As Alana and Mallory remained single, they were dumped from the island.
On Day 13, Caro and Yamen were left single after their partner was dumped from the island.
Week 3
On Day 18, the islanders re-coupled, with it being girls choice. Dylan and Alexandra, and Zac and Elizabeth remained in their couples. Elsewhere, new girl Aissata picked Yamen, Caro went for new boy Ray, new girl Kelsey chose Weston, Katrina and new boy Cashel coupled up, and Kyra chose Eric. As Winston remained single, he was dumped from the island.
Week 4
On Day 23, the islanders re-coupled for the final time, with it being girls choice. Aissata and Yamen, Caro and Ray, Dylan and Alexandra, and Zac and Elizabeth all remained in their couples, while new girl Emily picked Weston to be in a couple. As Kelsey chose to leave the villa, both Eric and Anton were left single and dumped from the island.
Week 1
On Day 3, the girls and the boys competed against each other in "Excess Baggage" where, after receiving a suitcase with a piece of "baggage" about a fellow Islander, they had to guess which islander the secret was about by kissing them.
On Day 5, the boys took part in "Going Commando", where they had to complete the "commando" course one at a time in the sexiest way possible. Michael was chosen as the winner of the challenge.
On Day 6, the islanders took part in "Float My Boat" where the girls were blindfolded and were instructed by their partners. They had to blow up inflatable rafts with a pump. Then as a duo, they had to row their raft around a pink inflatable duck in the ocean and row back to the shore. The first couple to get back to the shore won. Alexandra and Dylan were the winners.
Week 2
On Day 11, the girls took part in "Girl Power", where they had to kick cardboard cutouts of villains to "save" the guy they're coupled up with. The boys got to vote on who they thought completed the course the best. Alana was chosen as the winner.
On Day 12, the islanders took part in "Hearts on Fire" where the islanders wore heart rate monitors to see which islander would raise their heart rates the most.
On Day 13, the islanders took part in "Fast Food", where the islanders had to various foods from one end of the course to the other using only their mouths. Cashel and Kyra won.
Week 3
On Day 18, the islanders played "Social Bingo". Tweets about the Islanders were read to them, but the names were blanked. They then figure out which name filled in the blank. After each couple gave their guess, the correct name would be revealed.
Week 4
On Day 24, the islanders played "Dunk in Love". One at a time, couples sat above a pool of water. They were asked questions about their partner. If they got the question right, they were safe, but if they got the question wrong, then they were dunked.
On Day 25, the islanders took part in "Polls Apart", where they were given a category and had to guess which couples deserved a first, second, and third-place ranking. Then, America's answer as to who they perceive to be first, second, and third was announced.
Week 5
On Day 27, the islanders played "Bound by Love", where they had to work together in their couples to build a shoe-rack. They couldn't use one of their hands as they were handcuffed. Then, the girls were blindfolded and had to be directed by the guys to decorate a cake. Dylan and Alexandra were chosen as the winners of the challenge.
Week 1
On Day 2, Cashel and Kyra left the villa to go on a date.
On Day 4, following a public vote for which girls to send on a date with new Islanders Cormac and Dylan. Cormac was sent on a date with Caro, whilst Dylan was chosen to date Alexandra. The boys were then told to pick a girl of their choice to take on a date. Cormac chose Elizabeth, and Dylan chose Mallory.
Week 2
On Day 10, Katrina and Christen speed dated all of the boys.
On Day 11, new boy Winston took Kyra on a date.
On Day 12, Winston got to have one meal with three girls: Katrina for the starter, Alexandra for the main course, and Caro for the dessert.
Week 3
On Day 15, the islanders who arrived on Day 12 were given the chance to take an islander of their choice on a date. The boys went on their dates first, with Eric choosing Caro, George picking Aissata, and Ray with Katrina. Afterwards, the girls went on their dates, with Aissata picking Yamen, Kelsey with Weston, and Marli choosing Winston.
On Day 17, Elizabeth and Zac left the villa to go on their first date.
On Day 20, Kelsey and Weston left the villa to go on a date.
Week 4
On Day 22, Emily and Eric left the villa to go on a date. After the date, Emily sent a text to Weston inviting him on a date. Jered goes on a date with Kyra, and Anton goes on a date with Caro.
On Day 24, Alexandra and Dylan left the villa to go on their first date.
Week 5
On Day 28, the couples went on their final dates.

On Day 6, Michael was dumped from the island after failing to couple up.

On Day 11, Alana and Mallory were dumped from the island after failing to couple up.
On Day 13, it was revealed that the public had been voting for the most compatible couple. As Caro and Cormac, and Christen and Yamen received the fewest votes, they were at risk of being dumped from the island. It was then up to the safe couples to pick one person from each couple to remain on the island. They chose Caro and Yamen, therefore dumping Christen and Cormac from the island.
Week 3
On Day 18, it was revealed that the public had been voting for their favorite boy and favorite girl out of the new islanders. As Eric and Kelsey received the most votes, they were automatically safe. It was then up to the boys to decide which girl to save out of Aissta and Marli, and the girls had to choose between George and Ray. They chose to save Aissta and Ray, thus dumping George and Marli from the island.
On Day 18, Winston was dumped from the island after failing to couple up.
On Day 20, it was revealed that the public had been voting for their favorite couple. As Aissata and Yamen, Cashel and Katrina, and Eric and Kaya received the fewest votes, they were at risk of being dumped from the island. The safe couples then had to vote for which couple they wanted to dump. They chose Cashel and Katrina.
Week 4
On Day 23, Anton and Eric were dumped from the island after failing to couple up.
On Day 25, Aissata and Yamen were dumped from the island after receiving the most votes from the public.
Week 5
On Day 27, Kyra and Jered were dumped from the island after receiving the most votes from the public.
