Sherif Lanre was an Islander on Season 5 of the revived series of Love Island. Sherif entered the villa on Day 1 and was removed from the island on Day 9.

On June 11, it was announced that Sherif had come to a mutual agreement with the producers to removed him from the villa after breaking the rules.[1] No explanation as to what rule was broken was given and his exit was not shown on screen.
A few days later on June 15, Sherif gave an exclusive interview with The Sun, where he revealed that he was removed from the villa due to an incident with fellow contestant Molly-Mae where he accidentally kicked her in the crotch during a play fight and called it a "c*** punt". [2]
